Cacio e Pepe Wings!

Once you get a taste of this incredible recipe, you’ll add Cacio e Pepe to your rotation for more than just pasta!

Ingredients:
-1 lb chicken drummettes and flats
-1 tsp kosher salt
-1 tsp cayenne pepper
-1 tsp garlic powder
-1 tsp onion powder
-1 tsp TSH Five Chile Fever
-1 tsp TSH Lakeshore Drive
-1 ½ tsp TSH Cacio e Pepe
-1 tbsp olive oil
-½ tbsp cornstarch
-freshly grated parmesan cheese, optional
Directions:
1. Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees.
2. In a bowl, add chicken and seasonings with olive oil. Mix until chicken is evenly coated.
3. Add cornstarch and continue to mix.c
4. Spray air fryer with nonstick cooking spray and add wings.
5. Cook for 8 minutes. Flip chicken and cook and additional 5 minutes.
6. Remove from air fryer and plate. Garnish with more Cacio e Pepe and freshly grated parmesan cheese.
7. Serve with ranch or bleu cheese.
